使用條款

1. 接受條款

下載或使用 iOS App「PPtt」（以下稱「本 App」），即表示你同意本條款，以及 Apple 的標準授權使用條款（EULA）。若不同意，請勿使用本 App。

2. 非官方客戶端

本 App 是獨立開發的第三方 PTT 客戶端，與批踢踢實業坊沒有隸屬、合作或背書關係。你使用 PTT 時，仍須遵守 PTT 使用者條款與各看板規定。PTT 帳號由 PTT 管理，本 App 無法替你註冊、找回或變更帳號。

3. 內容與責任

  • 本 App 顯示的文章、推文、圖片與連結，皆由 PTT 使用者發表，或來自第三方網站。內容的著作權與責任屬於原作者，不代表本 App 的立場。
  • 本 App 不審核、不修改 PTT 上的內容，也不保證其正確、完整或合法。
  • 我們對令人反感或濫用的內容零容忍。你若發現違法、騷擾、仇恨或其他不當內容，可以：(1) 依 PTT 規範向該看板或 PTT 站方檢舉；(2) 寫信至下方聯絡信箱告訴我們，我們會在 24 小時內處理，必要時從本 App 的動態牆移除相關內容或作者。

4. 使用規範

你同意不使用本 App：

  • 從事違法行為，或違反 PTT 使用者條款；
  • 以自動化方式大量存取 PTT，或干擾 PTT 與本 App 的正常運作；
  • 反向工程、轉售或以本 App 冒充 PTT 官方。

5. 帳號安全

你須自行保管 PTT 帳號與密碼。本 App 只在你同意時將帳密存在你裝置的 iOS 鑰匙圈中，詳見隱私權政策。

6. 廣告

本 App 可能顯示由 Google AdMob 提供的廣告。廣告內容由廣告主負責，點擊後前往的網站或 App 不受本 App 控制。

7. 免責聲明

本 App 依「現狀」提供。PTT 的連線、維護或規則變更可能影響本 App 的功能，我們不保證服務不中斷或沒有錯誤。在法律允許的範圍內，對於因使用本 App 所生的損害，我們不負賠償責任。

8. 條款變更

我們可能更新本條款，更新後會公布於本頁並調整生效日期。變更後繼續使用本 App，即表示你同意更新後的條款。

9. 準據法與聯絡

本條款以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。如有問題，請寫信至 [email protected]。

Terms of Use

Effective: October 6, 2026

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the iOS app "PPtt" (the "App") you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Unofficial client

The App is an independent third-party PTT client, not affiliated with or endorsed by PTT (批踢踢實業坊). You remain bound by the PTT Terms of Use and each board's rules. PTT accounts are managed by PTT; the App cannot create, recover or change them.

3. Content

  • Posts, comments, images and links shown in the App are published by PTT users or come from third-party sites. Their authors own and are responsible for them.
  • The App does not review or alter PTT content and does not warrant that it is accurate, complete or lawful.
  • There is no tolerance for objectionable or abusive content. To report it, use PTT's own reporting channels, or email us at the address below; we act on reports within 24 hours and may remove the content or author from the App's wall.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the App to break the law or the PTT Terms of Use, to access PTT in automated bulk or disrupt PTT or the App, or to reverse engineer, resell or pass the App off as an official PTT product.

5. Your account

You are responsible for your PTT credentials. The App stores them in your device's iOS Keychain only with your consent; see the Privacy Policy.

6. Ads

The App may show ads served by Google AdMob. Advertisers are responsible for their ads; sites or apps reached by tapping an ad are outside our control.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". Changes, outages or maintenance at PTT may affect it, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will post them here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App means you accept the updated terms.
